A couple of dogs still in need of foster homes!

by Joseph Romero on May 12, 2017

Good morning everyone,

I’m hoping to find a couple of fosters for some animals that Vanessa mentioned earlier in the week. Both are medical cases but pretty straight forward as far as care is concerned. One is a extremely sweet pup with a splint almost as large as himself. The other is a Pit Bull with a heart of gold. Regardless of whom you choose, you cannot go wrong, they are both wonderful animals.

I found a foster home! 🙂 Thanks for checking!

Name: Professor Utonium
Age: 8 weeks old
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier
Foster Period: 4 weeks

A sadder sight would be hard to find. This pup wants nothing more than to run, pounce and play just like his siblings. Unfortunately for him, his cast makes that a bit difficult but that does not keep his tail from wagging constantly! While his siblings are already searching for their forever home, the professor here is just hoping for a reprieve from shelter life. Laying in the kennel, watching as the other dogs go out on their daily walks, the professor dreams of life in a loving foster home. Someplace warm… someplace quiet… someplace where he can cuddle up to someone that accepts him and his cast. 🙂 I know that someone out there can help the professor realize his dream, is that someone you?

Name: Pretzel
Age: 2 years old
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier
Foster Period: 4 weeks

Pretzel’s surgery went off without a hitch and she just needs a place to relax. The shelter can be a pretty stressful place so getting her into a foster home would do wonders to help speed up her recovery. With Pretzel, not only will you be helping out an animal in need but you might even find your new best friend! I wasn’t kidding when I mentioned her having a heart of gold, she’s an extraordinary sweet and loving dog.

These are a couple of great animals and please do not hesitate to contact us if you are available to assist in caring for either of them. We’d love nothing more than to hear from you.

Thank you,
